Dropped then no display, has physical damage. Unit had been opened and checked but did not repair since customer did not approve and gave it to us. The problem is pointing to video chip no longer with the ability to work accurately. There’s a 50/50 probability that the unit may well be fixed by doing a reballing process Box included/ selling for portions as is not any returns
