Details – ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Amp Holo 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card (ZT-A30700F-10P) I recently purchased this card and everything was working great. Suddenly, the card refused to post video and windows refuses to recognize it. I’ve tried to troubleshoot and fix the card myself, but have been unsuccessful. I placed another card in the same build and it booted up without issue, which makes me confident this is an issue with the card. I shouldn’t have a way to flash the bios on the card considering windows refuses to recognizethe card. It doesn’t detect it in device manager, gpu-z, anything. I tried different pci slots on the motherboard, updated motherboard bios, and the like. No luck. I don’t feel like I have the tools to troubleshoot this card any more, so I’ve made up our minds to give someone else a try. The card was opened one time to apply new thermal paste. Nothing was unplugged, just 5 screws removed and some thermal paste added. This issue the card has did not occur after applying new thermal paste. It worked great for 2 weeks or so and the thermal paste was applied before I ever ever attempted to use it. I’m confident applying new thermal paste had 0 negative effects on this card. The ordinary part is that it boots up and the rgb is working, check the last photo above to see what I’m talking about. I’m actually wondering if it isn’t a software bios issue, but without the proper hardware I’m at a loss. I’m selling the card as is, no returns or anything like that. Free shipping.
